2. STARLET FURNITURELICABILITY OF POLICY

By using Starlet Furniture and initiating a request to purchase Products on the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy. 3. TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

3.1. Logistics Partners

We collaborate with third-party logistics service providers, referred to as “Logistics Partners,” to manage the shipping and delivery of Products to you. The Logistics Partner responsible for processing the delivery of any purchased Product(s) will be disclosed when the Product is handed over to them by us. Typically, Products are dispatched within 2 to 4 days from the time of order placement and may reach with in 7 to 15 working days maximum. We will also notify you of your order’s status via the email address and/or mobile number you provided/registered with us.

 

While we strive to deliver Products all across India, we may, at our discretion, designate certain areas as unserviceable for Product delivery. In such cases, we or our Logistics Partners will not provide shipping and delivery services to these areas. We will inform you if an area is unserviceable for deliveries when you place an order on the Website.

 

3.2. Providing Accurate Information

To ensure timely delivery, we may require specific information from you, such as your name, shipping address, billing address, contact details, and landmarks. It is your responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and sufficient information for successful delivery. Failure to do so may result in delivery failures, and we will not be liable for such instances.

 

3.3. Delivery Attempts

We will make up to three (3) delivery attempts to deliver the purchased Product(s) to your designated address within the estimated delivery timeline. If the third attempt is unsuccessful, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return the Product to its source. In such cases, we may deduct shipping and delivery charges when processing refunds.

Upon placing an order on Starlet Furniture, you will receive a unique tracking identity number to monitor the status and location of your purchased Product. Please note that the accuracy of tracking information may be subject to time lags and technical difficulties beyond our control.

 

3.8. Shipping Fees

We may charge shipping fees for Products, and these fees may vary based on various factors. Shipping fees will not be refunded in the event of a return request, except in cases of defected, damaged, deficient, or incorrect Products. The title and risk of all ordered Products pass to you upon delivery.

 

3.9. Returns

Returns are facilitated through our reverse-Logistics Partners, who will coordinate with you to collect the purchased Products for return. The return process follows our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.
